Timeless Truck Beds – Return & Refund Policy
At Timeless Truck Beds, each complete truck bed is custom prepared, crated, and shipped with care. Due to the size, weight, and freight nature of our products, the following return and refund policy applies to all purchases.
Returns
Returns will only be considered under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned to the original shipping location.
- The return shipment must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
- The truck bed must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
- The original custom wooden crate must also be returned in undamaged condition.
Any returned item that arrives damaged, modified, improperly packaged, or missing components will not qualify for a refund.
Delivery Inspection Requirement
Customers are solely responsible for inspecting the shipment at the time of delivery.
Upon delivery, the customer must:
- Carefully inspect the exterior of the wooden crate for any visible damage.
- Open and inspect the contents before signing the freight carrier’s delivery receipt.
- Note any damage clearly and specifically on the carrier’s delivery paperwork before signing.
If damage is discovered, it must be documented with photographs and noted in detail on the delivery receipt. Failure to document damage at the time of delivery may void eligibility for claims or remedies.
Transfer of Responsibility
Once the delivery receipt is signed and the shipment is accepted, ownership and responsibility for the product transfer to the customer. After acceptance, Timeless Truck Beds cannot be held responsible for freight-related damage.
Non-Returnable Circumstances
Due to the nature of freight shipping and the size of complete truck beds, we do not accept returns based on buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or change of plans.
