Shipping
At Timeless Truck Beds, we take pride in building complete truck beds that are built to last. Because of their size and weight, shipping is handled differently than standard parcel deliveries. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
All truck beds are built and prepared in the order they are received.
- Orders begin processing after full payment is received.
- Once your bed is completed, we will contact you to coordinate pickup or shipping.
- Estimated completion times may vary depending on workload.
We will communicate directly with you when your order is ready.
Shipping Options
We offer three delivery options:

Local delivery is available to approved residential or commercial addresses.
Details:
- Delivery address must be approved prior to purchase.

We do not provide unloading services.
We will contact you to schedule delivery once your bed is complete.
3. Nationwide Truck Freight – Lower 48 States
We ship nationwide using professional freight carriers.
Your flat-rate freight charge includes:
- A custom-built wooden crate
- Secure crating that allows the bed to lay flat during transport
- Transport via LTL freight carrier
This is the safest way to transport our truck beds.
Residential Freight Shipments
Due to crate size:
- Liftgate service is not available.
- Residential shipments will be delivered to your nearest freight terminal.
- You will pick up your shipment directly from the terminal.
You will need:
- A suitable trailer or truck
- Tie-down straps
- Adequate assistance for loading
Commercial Freight Deliveries
For delivery to a commercial address:
You must have:
- A forklift, OR
- A loading dock
If neither is available, the shipment may be redirected to a freight terminal.
Freight Delivery Process
Once your bed is completed:
- We will contact you to confirm shipping details.
- Your bed will be crated and delivered to the freight carrier.
- After the shipment is tendered to the freight company, the freight carrier becomes your primary contact for scheduling delivery or terminal pickup.
IMPORTANT: Inspection at Delivery
All freight shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery or terminal pickup.
Please:
- Inspect the crate for visible damage before signing.
- Open and inspect the contents if damage is suspected.
- Clearly note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Failure to document damage at delivery may prevent freight damage claims.
Once the shipment is accepted and signed for, responsibility transfers to the customer.
