Timeless Truck Beds – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all sales, orders, shipments, pickups, deliveries, and transactions with Timeless Truck Beds (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to all customers (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) purchasing products from Timeless Truck Beds.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, submitting payment, scheduling pickup, accepting delivery, or otherwise purchasing any product from Timeless Truck Beds, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies, including our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Orders & Payment

  1. All orders must be paid in full prior to production, crating, or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  2. Orders may not be cancelled once production or crating has begun.

  3. Prices are subject to change prior to payment.

  4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Timeless Truck Beds offers:

  • Local Pickup (Mt. Airy, Georgia)

  • Local Delivery (Flat Rate)

  • Nationwide Truck Freight (Lower 48 States)

All shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Risk of Loss

  • For Local Pickup: Risk transfers when the product leaves the pickup property.

  • For Local Delivery: Risk transfers upon arrival at the delivery address.

  • For Freight Shipments: Risk transfers upon delivery and signing of the freight carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt.

Once risk transfers, Timeless Truck Beds is not responsible for loss or damage.

4. Freight Inspection Requirement

For freight shipments:

  • The Customer must inspect the crate and contents at time of delivery or terminal pickup.

  • Any damage must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Failure to document visible damage constitutes acceptance in good condition.

Timeless Truck Beds is not responsible for freight damage not properly documented at delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the size and freight nature of complete truck beds:

  • Returns require prior written approval.

  • Customer is responsible for all return freight costs.

  • Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition and original crate.

  • Buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, change of plans, improper installation, or post-delivery damage are not valid grounds for return.

6. Installation & Fitment Disclaimer

Truck beds are intended for professional installation.

The Customer is solely responsible for:

  • Verifying compatibility with their vehicle prior to purchase.

  • Proper installation.

  • Any modifications required for fitment.

Timeless Truck Beds is not responsible for:

  • Labor costs

  • Paint costs

  • Body shop charges

  • Vehicle modifications

  • Improper installation

  • Consequential damages arising from installation

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Georgia law:

  1. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

  2. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

    • Labor or installation costs

    • Loss of income

    • Loss of vehicle use

    • Storage fees

    • Towing expenses

    • Business interruption

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly provided in writing:

  • Products are sold “AS IS.”

  • All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law.

Any written warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Timeless Truck Beds, the Customer agrees:

  • To contact us directly to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback.

  • That a signed delivery receipt or documented pickup constitutes proof of fulfillment.

  • That fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued through collection efforts or legal action.

We reserve the right to recover all costs associated with wrongful chargebacks.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising from a transaction with Timeless Truck Beds shall be filed exclusively in the State Court or Superior Court of Habersham County, Georgia.

The Customer consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in Habersham County, Georgia.

11. Force Majeure

Timeless Truck Beds shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God

  • Natural disasters

  • Freight carrier delays

  • Labor shortages

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Government action

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Timeless Truck Beds and the Customer and supersede all prior communications or agreements.

Binding Agreement

By placing an order with Timeless Truck Beds, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety.
