If neither is available, shipment may need to be redirected to a freight terminal at the customer’s expense.

- After the shipment has been tendered to the freight carrier, the third-party freight company becomes the primary contact for delivery scheduling and coordination.

For all freight shipments:
- The customer must inspect the crate at pickup (terminal) or at time of commercial delivery.
